Learning about Mini Lops
Miss Morgan's daughter Victoria bought her rabbits to school for us to
look at. She taught us lots about mammals.
We found out that rabbits don't eat lettuce because it has too much
water in it and the rabbits might die. As Mini Lops get bigger their
ears flop down. They lick each other to keep themselves clean. They
sleep together to keep warm. If they stretch their back legs out it
means they are comfortable and relaxed.
A baby rabbit is called a kit.

Farewelling Miss Clements
Today we had a farewell circle to say goodbye to Miss Clements. We are
learning to stand up in front of a large group and to acknowledge and
thank the hard work that somebody does. We are becoming much more
confident at speaking publicly and some of the sentiments expressed
bought tears!! Best wishes on your future teaching and learning
journey Miss Clements. You have been amazing.
