The start of our science work on bubbles
We have been learning about fair tests. We know that everything has to be the same except for the one thing we are testing.
We blew air into pure water and air into detergent mixtures and observed differences between them. We know that "to observe" means to look carefully.

Opening of the new turf
On Friday the whole school met on the turf to participate in the Jump Jam "I like to Move it." We think our new turf area is brilliant. Thank you to all the people who have helped us fund raise to achieve our goal. A special acknowledgement must be given to past students and whanau and their contributions as well.
Our Junior School Treaty Assembly
On Friday our Junior School Came together to share the work they have done on their class treaty. We are looking forward to seeing students practise the things that they think are important for being an effective learning community. It was wonderful to see the different ways classes came up with core values to help them foster a positive and caring learning environment.
